Closure of First Capital Raising and Listing.
The Stock Exchange of Mauritius has approved the listing of 90,000,000 Class A
shares (the “Shares”) of the Fund on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange
of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”) by way of a Placing. A portion of the Shares of the Fund shall
be listed on the Official Market of the SEM on 16 May 2013, at a price of $5 (US) each.
